Using the site and external links

Article search runs against the article index downloaded to your browser. We currently use no separate search API that receives your search terms and no visitor analytics script. When you open an external source linked from an article, that site's privacy policy applies.

Advertising and cookies

We do not currently display Google AdSense ads. Our AdSense account verification meta tag is not a script that loads ads or sets cookies. Before introducing ads, we will describe advertising providers' data and cookie use, any required consent process, and user choices on this page.

Email inquiries and privacy requests

Email inquiries and tips are used only as needed for replies, corrections, and grievance handling.

Please send only your reply email address and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or unnecessary information about children, such as names, schools, or photos. To request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, contact us below with enough information to identify your inquiry and explain your request.
